Job Description

The steward will be responsible for all job site catering and housekeeping duties while maintaining company and client expectations of service standards. He or she will ensure that all required meals are prepared and maintained according to policies set forth and that all duties related to food service and site cleanliness are performed. The steward will supervise the night cook, baker and utility hands. . The steward will participate in all safety meetings and will adhere to all policies and procedures accordingly.
